Audio Visual Services

Our state of the art audio visual services allow you to customize the space to fit your group’s needs. Our grand ballroom features mounted LCD projectors and 10 foot drop down projection screens. Built in lighting is found over our sizeable stage, with loading doors for easy access. Our built in sound system options range from a simple microphone set up to the use of our 4000 watt sound system which is great for a live performance! Grand Oaks provides complimentary wireless internet for guests, and various seating areas for attendees to take care of business. For larger events Grand Oaks has the capability to project a live video feed onto the overhead screens. Our Gallery area displays a mounted LCD television over our beautiful fireplace, which is great for a board meeting environment. Our in house sound system can be controlled independently in each area of the building, including outside on the patio area and in the Gazebo.
