Ceremony Details

Grand Oaks features both indoor and outdoor ceremony options, allowing for an automatic contingency plan for inclimate weather. Our indoor gallery is adorned by a gorgeous chandelier with a beautiful stately fireplace as the backdrop of your ceremony. You can also choose our outdoor area. This beautiful area includes our gazebo which sits against a wooded backdrop, perfect for stunning photo opportunities. Regardless of the season, Grand Oaks makes for a breathtaking ceremony experience that you and your guests will never forget.

Grand Oaks requires all Ceremonies to be paired with an accompanying Reception. Our Saturday rental is priced for 5 hours, during which you and your guests can have exclusive use of our entire facility. Additional time is available. Fridays are less expensive and offer a 4 or 5 hour rental. Sundays are the least expensive of all, and have 3, 4, or 5 hour rental options. Partial facility rentals are available for any day except Saturday.

Ceremony fee: If you choose to have your ceremony with us, we charge a ceremony fee which includes:

  • One Half Additional Hour of Rental Wedding setup & tear down
  • 1 hour rehearsal time, scheduled based on availability
  • Use of our two changing rooms/lounges (one with private bathroom and patio) with leather sofas, TVs, and mp3 players for your music.
  • Guests will have access to the facility, 2 hours prior to the ceremony, although with our "Exclusive Access" option an additional 2 hours can be available to you and your bridal party for room or personal preparation time.
  • 2013 & 2014 Ceremony Fee - $500.00 plus $.50 per chair for set up and tear down of White Wedding Chairs.
